Job Description:We are hiring Telecalling Executives to drive sales, acquire new customers, and generate business growth. The role involves outbound calling, pitching insurance products, explaining benefits, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and identify new business opportunities

Pitch and sell insurance products to prospective customers

Close sales and achieve monthly targets

Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and daily reports

Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

Skills Required:Strong communication & convincing skills

Cold calling & lead generation experience

Basic computer skills, MS Excel knowledge

Sales mindset with ability to close deals
