Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and assess employee relations allegations to determine whether they present a reasonable basis for investigation and establish appropriate case disposition.
• Identify and escalate high-exposure matters, sensitive employee relations concerns, potential conflicts of interest, and other high-risk issues.
• Assign investigations based on subject matter expertise, case complexity, risk level, geographic scope, and investigator availability.
• Maintain accurate investigation records, including issue categorization, participant identification, case status, and supporting documentation.
• Research related cases and relevant employee information to support effective case assignment, investigation planning, appeals handling, governance reporting, and trend analysis.

Skills Required:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, labour relations, grievance management, or a related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, workplace conduct matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of legal requirements and labour law affecting employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated ability to assess allegations, apply investigative judgment, evaluate risk, and make sound case disposition decisions.
• Experience managing confidential case information, maintaining case data quality, and partnering with HR, Legal, Labor Relations, Ethics and Compliance, and investigative teams.

Good to Have:

• Stakeholder management experience across HR, Legal, compliance, and investigation functions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
