Responsibilities

Coordinate machinery delivery to customer sites
Support machinery installation and setup
Conduct test runs and commissioning activities
Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery and equipment
Provide customer support, technical briefings, and clear product-related guidance
Prepare and maintain reports, service records, and other relevant documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
At least 4 years of sales experience
Experience with machine tools and strong technical knowledge of related equipment
Experience within air-conditioning equipment, machinery, industrial equipment, or a related industry
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage customer-facing technical activities effectively
