Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Ahmedabad. The Python Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power JobBricks’ platform. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, scalable Python code, implementing object-oriented design patterns, integrating with databases, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with product owners, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions, as well as troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of the codebase and development processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Candidates should possess experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling for scalable applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in general Software Development practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and testing.
• Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Beneficial skills include familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask), cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently.
