Stellar Talent HR Consultancy is hiring for an electric vehicle OEM. This role owns the retail finance strategy for individual, fleet, and institutional customers and works with lenders and dealers to make competitive financing available across EV segments.

What you’ll lead

• Build partnerships with private and public-sector banks, NBFCs, and emerging lenders. Negotiate service levels and improve loan processing turnaround times.
• Grow retail finance penetration through competitive loan and leasing offers, EMI plans, subvention schemes, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage inventory funding for dealers and bulk EV customers.
• Develop financing products such as battery leasing, vehicle subscriptions, and commercial leasing.
• Oversee credit risk, compliance, audits, and finance performance reporting.

What we’re looking for

• 16+ years of experience in automotive finance, banking, or mobility services, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive retail finance, asset-backed lending, credit risk, financial modelling, and investment analysis.
• Experience managing high-value capital investments, ideally in retail or infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics. MBA or CA preferred.
• Automotive or EV OEM experience is preferred. Exposure to battery financing and EV leasing is highly desirable.
