Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects
• Gather requirements and configure the ERP system
• Train customer teams on the platform
• Manage timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• 2-4 years in ERP/software implementation
• Understanding of accounting, inventory, or manufacturing workflows
• Excellent client communication skills
• Ability to travel to client sites
