HR Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive who can play a key role in strengthening our people operations and building a positive workplace culture. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring smooth execution of daily HR activities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, helping to address concerns, improve engagement, and maintain a productive work environment.
In addition to recruitment, the HR Executive will contribute to onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR compliance. This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (recruitment + operations)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Odoo or ATS tools
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills
