HR Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the organization's Human Resources function. The role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, training and development, compensation administration, and statutory compliance. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads and leadership teams to ensure effective workforce planning, talent retention, and the development of a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR processes, labor laws, employee relations, and organizational development. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive people-centric initiatives, enhance employee satisfaction, and support the company's overall business objectives while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- 3–5 years of experience in HR (recruitment + operations)
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
