About the role

CretikPanda builds and scales its own D2C e-commerce brands — and paid media is how we grow them. We're looking for a data-driven Meta Media Buyer to own our ad accounts, test and scale campaigns for viral products in the Indian market, and hit aggressive growth targets without losing control of the KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM).

What you'll do

• Run high-velocity creative testing — launch daily campaigns to isolate winning ads and kill losers fast on early metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM)
• Scale winning ads aggressively using advanced Meta structures (CBO/ABO/ASC) while holding target CPA
• Combat ad fatigue through constant creative iteration in sync with the creative team
• Reverse-engineer competitor ads to spot winning angles and market trends
• Update master trackers daily and follow SOPs so every test and scaling decision is logged

What you'll lead

• Own the ad account end to end — budget, structure, and performance
• Drive the high-volume testing pipeline that feeds creative
• Direct editors and scriptwriters with data-backed briefs that explain exactly why an angle or hook works

You should have

• A proven track record of profitably scaling Meta ad accounts for e-commerce or dropshipping brands
• Deep command of Meta Ads Manager — CBO/ABO structures, pixel tracking, and ASC setups
• An obsessive analytical mind — you can diagnose a funnel purely from CTR, CPM, CPA, and conversion rate
• Creative intuition — you understand consumer psychology and know how to push an editor or writer to sharpen a direct-response hook
• Familiarity with the Indian e-commerce / COD market (a major plus)
• Comfort using generative AI tools for ad ideation and prompt engineering

Logistics

On-site only at Rohini Sector 18, Delhi. 6 days/week, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Minimum 1 year of experience.
