Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright to ensure software quality and performance.
- Conduct manual testing to identify bugs and ensure the functionality of applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and report issues to the development team.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in automation testing, specifically with Playwright.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
