Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for a Senior Software Sales Executive – HRMS & LMS Solutions. The person in this role will drive end-to-end sales for HRBluSky, GoBlu.ai, and related HRMS/LMS offerings, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing new business and expanding existing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential clients, conducting discovery meetings, delivering tailored product demos and sales presentations, and building strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, IT, and business leadership. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. The Senior Software Sales Executive will also collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams to refine positioning, gather customer feedback, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Software Sales and Sales within B2B technology, ideally with HRMS, LMS, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, networking, and using digital channels and CRM tools to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Consultative Selling, with the ability to understand client pain points, map requirements to solutions, and position value-driven proposals.
  • Confident in delivering high-impact Sales Presentations, product demos, and executive briefings to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, learning) and comfort selling AI-driven or cloud-based platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in Madurai, manage time effectively, and operate with ownership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
