Sr. Business Development Executive
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Engage with marketing heads, business owners, founders, and decision-makers to understand their business and marketing objectives.
- Conduct discovery calls and consultative discussions to identify customer pain points and position suitable marketing automation solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal sharing, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, marketing technology solutions, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings whenever required.
- Additional Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Digital Marketing Agency Sales, Marketing Solutions Sales, SaaS Sales, or Marketing Technology Sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, customer engagement, campaign management, and marketing automation.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling approach.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
