About the Role
The role of State Head - Loan Against Property entails scaling up the lending business within the state by developing strategies to expand existing products, channels, segments, and customer base. The role requires close collaboration with the Retail team including Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU. Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the state business for Loan Against Property to expand revenue per existing customer.
- Guide the distribution of cross-sell products to ensure volume scale-up as per defined targets.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital channels.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to enhance portfolio penetration.
- Improve portfolio performance and quality through regular monitoring and provide recommendations for course correction to product and sales teams.
- Guide the product team in the Loan Against Property category to offer differentiated products and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the business analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities.
Education
- Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management.
- Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
