Technical Program manager
Job Purpose
The Development Program Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of an integrated
cloud framework and Managed service automation platform that spans the full quote-to-cash lifecycle. This role
bridges business, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless integration of provisioning, billing,
monitoring, and lifecycle management tools across the cloud and Managed Service ecosystem.

Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Delivery
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of the Cloud Framework and Tools Integration program,
- Manage the full quote-to-cash automation cycle, integrating sales quoting, provisioning,
- Define program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics, and ensure timely execution
- Establish governance, sprint planning, and tracking mechanisms for development, testing,
- Framework & Toolchain Integration
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to define a unified cloud
- Lead integration of core tools across domains — CRM, ERP, Billing, Cloud
- Oversee API integration, automation workflows, and data synchronization between
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory
- Continuous Improvement
- Establish KPIs for operational efficiency, time-to-provision, and automation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce manual
- Introduce DevOps, FinOps, and AI Ops practices into the automation and operations

- About 6-10 Years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in program management within cloud infrastructure, automation, or enterprise IT
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, including CRM, ERP, billing, provisioning, and
- Experience with cloud orchestration tools (e.g., OpenStack, VMware vRealize, Kubernetes, Terraform,
- Proficiency in API management, workflow automation, and DevOps toolchains.
- Familiarity with cloud cost management, billing automation, and FinOps principles.
- Excellent project management skills – agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, sprint management, and
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination abilities.
- Understanding of Managed service operations, capacity management, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to translate business objectives into executable technical programs with measurable outcomes.
