Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to handle the execution, coordination, and supervision of MEP works for a CPWD Project in Rajkot. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting works.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor MEP works at the project site as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and other site teams for smooth execution.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure work is carried out as per approved designs and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress and quality.
• Ensure proper material planning, availability, and utilization at the site.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with the client and consultants regarding site requirements, inspections, and approvals.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MEP project execution and site coordination.
• Hands-on understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel.
• Strong site coordination and communication skills.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Diploma candidates with relevant MEP experience may also be considered.
• 3–6 years of relevant MEP site/project execution experience.
• Experience in CPWD / Government Building Projects will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, capable of independently handling site MEP activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality execution of the project.
