Job Description
Senior Software Engineering Manager will lead a software development team. We're not just about coding; we're about creating changes that propels the background industry forward. We empower our teams to take ownership and innovate solutions, valuing thought leadership and proactive problem-solving. We provide customer centric solutions and build a world-class service-oriented architecture for the Accurate ordering platforms to meet the exploding growth of the company and business demands. This individual plays a key role within the end-to-end phase of so ware development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering best practices - Develop and enhance software development practices while building a culture of continuous improvement.
Leadership and decision-making - Lead diverse project teams and make critical technology decisions aligned with strategic objectives.
Solution design - Participate actively in solution-design reviews and guide teams toward creative and effective outcomes.
Product roadmap collaboration - Work with product owners and stakeholders to develop roadmaps that address business challenges and potential market opportunities.
Stakeholder engagement - Understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical strategies.
Talent development - Drive recruitment, team building, mentoring, and development of a high-performing software engineering team.
Technical oversight - Evaluate and strategically reduce technical debt to maintain modern and sustainable systems.
Required Qualifications
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Management experience - At least 2 years in a managerial role
Leadership - Proven experience mentoring and leading teams
Agile practices - Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum
Release management- Experience overseeing software releases
Cloud - Extensive experience with AWS or other cloud technologies

- Develop team capabilities around prompt engineering, context engineering, agent orchestration, and AI-assisted solution development.
- Establish governance, quality controls, and responsible AI usage practices within engineering teams
