Eagle Developer/Support L2/L3

Key Responsibilities

Eagle Development & Support

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Eagle Investment Systems applications.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Eagle MC, Panels, and IWS.
• Work on application enhancements, customizations, and technical improvements.
• Support end-to-end troubleshooting of Eagle-related application and data issues.
  
  

Database & SQL Development

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and Oracle Stored Procedures.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate database-related performance and data integrity issues.
• Work with Eagle's underlying database architecture and data model.
  
  

Eagle Modules

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following Eagle modules is highly desirable:

• Accounting
• Automation
• Pricing
• S2P
• DVC
• RDC
• Performance
• Data Marts
  
  

Business & Technical Collaboration

• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, application teams, and other technology stakeholders.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical production incidents in accordance with SLA requirements.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Eagle Investment Systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with Oracle Stored Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Eagle MC, Panels, and IWS.
• Strong understanding of Eagle database architecture, data model, and data flows.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Eagle Investment Systems applications.
• Good understanding of investment management / financial services applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in L2/L3 production support within investment banking, asset management, or financial services.
• Experience working with multiple Eagle modules.
• Strong incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in an SLA-driven production support environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates who can join within 0-4 weeks are preferred.
