Work timings: 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Salary range: Up to INR8 LPA (Negotiable based on relevant experience) + Performance Incentives

Sales & Client Engagement

Engage with Australian clients to understand hiring needs.
Generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
Present qualified candidates and convert job orders to successful placements.
Build long-term client relationships for sustained business.

Recruitment & Delivery

Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and databases.
Understand role requirements for industries like Banking, Finance, Securities, Insurance, Legal, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Healthcare etc.
Conduct telephonic interviews and assess cultural and role fit.
Manage interview coordination, client feedback, and offer negotiations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent recruitment experience).
Familiarity with Australian sourcing platforms (LinkedIn RPS, Seek, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a structured environment.
